Belarus Democracy Reauthorization Act of 2011
Support (H.R.515). Why? Because this bill would amend the Belarus Democracy Act of 2004 to authorize assistance to promote democracy and civil society in Belarus. Authorizes the denial of U.S. entry to members of the security or law enforcement services who have participated in the crackdown on opposition leaders, journalists, and peaceful protesters or in the persecution of religious groups or human rights defenders.
Church Plan Clarification Act of 2011
Support (S.143) Why? Because this pending bill would amend the Internal Revenue Code pension plan provisions to apply a special rule for determining the status of an employer participating in a church plan as a member of a controlled group of entities; and allow certain tax-free transfers to and mergers of church plans that are maintained by the same church or association of churches.
Church Plan Investment Clarification Act
Support (H.R.33) Why? Because this pending bill amend the Securities Act of 1933 to specify when certain securities issued in connection with church plans are treated as exempted securities for purposes of that act.
Flag Desecration Amendment
Support (H.J.Res.13). Why? This amendment to the Constitution of the United States would give the U.S. Congress power to prohibit the physical desecration of the flag of the United States. The most recent attempt to adopt a flag desecration amendment failed in the United States Senate by one vote on June 27, 2006.
Freedom Trade Act
Support (H.R.554). Why? Because this bill would amend the Trade Act of 1974 to deny nondiscriminatory treatment (normal trade relations treatment) from the products of a foreign country that: (1) engages in violations of religious freedom, (2) restricts the freedom of workers to associate and to organize and bargain collectively, or (3) prohibits or limits the functioning of free and independent labor unions.
Honor and Remember Flag Recognition Act
Support (H.R.546) Why? Because this bill would designate the Honor and Remember Flag, created by Honor and Remember, Inc., as the official symbol of our country's concern and commitment to honoring and remembering all members of the Armed Forces who lost their lives in the line of duty. This bill will also provide the days of the year, and memorials and other locations, on or at which the Flag shall be displayed.
Honoring the life of Dr. D. James Kennedy
Support (H.RES.71). Why? Because this House Resolution mourns Dr. D. James Kennedy's passing and expresses deepest condolences to his family. Honors his lifetime of service and sacrifice to his God, his country, Christian ideals, and his work that provided hope to millions and inspired them to build community through service to those around them.
Parental Rights Amendment
Support (H.J.Res.3). Why? This amendment to the Constitution of the United States would guarantee the liberty of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their children is a fundamental right and state that neither the United States nor any state shall infringe upon this right without demonstrating that its governmental interest as applied to the person is of the highest order and not otherwise served. In addition this amendment would declare that no treaty may be adopted nor shall any source of international law be employed to supersede, modify, interpret, or apply to the rights guaranteed by this amendment.
Reaffirming "In God We Trust"
Support (H.CON.RES.13) Why? Because this House Concurrent Resolution would Reaffirm "In God We Trust" as the official motto of the United States and supporting and encouraging the public display of the national motto in all public buildings, public schools, and other government institutions. Important Update: H.CON.RES.13 was passed in the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 by a vote of 396-9 with 2 voting present.

The 400th Anniversary Of The King James Bible
Support (H.CON.RES.38). Why? Because this concurrent resolution in the U.S. House of Representatives would recognize the 400th anniversary of the publication of the Authorized King James Version of the Bible.
To Promote Religious Freedom In East & South Asia
Support (H.R.440). Why? Because this bill would direct the President of the United States to appoint a Special Envoy to Promote Religious Freedom of Religious Minorities in the Near East and South Central Asia within the Department of State.
War Memorial Protection Act
Support (H.R.290). Why? Because this bill would permit religious symbols recognizing the religious background of members of the Armed Forces to be included as part of: (1) a military memorial that is established or acquired by the federal government; or (2) a military memorial not established by the government, but for which the American Battle Monuments Commission cooperated in establishing.
