The following lobbying fees & campaign choices represents one fee per one pending bill or resolution that can be lobbied on your behalf by the ACLA. Prior to initiating contact the lobbyist assigned to your account by the ACLA will follow up with you by telephone or E-mail to review the lobbying method chosen and the campaign that we will use on your behalf to directly lobby your states elected officials from your congressional district in the 112th U.S. Congress through one of the following three ACLA Lobbying Campaign Packages in 2012.

Letter Writing Campaign Package: $75.00 Fee per one pending bill or resolution. Each of your states elected officials from your congressional district will receive a pre-written letter from the ACLA of opposition or support. To request this lobbying service, contact the ACLA at   (877) 751-2941   or by E-mail at acla.office@americancla.org. When you do, please identify the bill you want represented along with your complete name, address and telephone number. The ACLA will contact you by phone or E-mail to confirm your Letter Writing Lobbying Campaign Package request and to verify the pending congressional bill or resolution you want to support or oppose. Within the agreed upon schedule, you will receive your pre-written letter(s) complete ready for you to sign along with a pre-addressed envelope(s) ready to stamp and mail to your states elected official(s) from your congressional district in either the U.S. House of Representatives and/or U.S. Senate. Each letter will ask your elected official(s) to confirm that they received your letter(s) and ask them to respond to you in writing to clarify their position of support or opposition on the bill or resolution.

Telephone Meeting Campaign Package: $225.00 Fee per one pending bill or resolution. Each of your states elected officials from your congressional district will receive a telephone call from the ACLA of support or opposition. To request this lobbying service, contact the ACLA at   (877) 751-2941   or by E-mail at acla.office@americancla.org. When you do, please identify the bill you want represented along with your complete name, address and telephone number. The ACLA will contact you by phone or E-mail to confirm your Telephone Meeting Lobbying Campaign Package request and to verify the pending congressional bill or resolution you want to support or oppose. Within the agreed upon schedule, the ACLA will contact your states elected officials from your congressional district in either the U.S. House of Representatives and/or U.S. Senate on your behalf to schedule by telephone to voice your support or opposition on the pending bill before the 112th U.S. Congress. Upon the conclusion of each telephone lobby meeting, The ACLA will follow up and send you a report in writing to clarify your elected official(s) position of support or opposition on the bill or resolution.

Direct Meeting Campaign Package: $675.00 Fee per one pending bill or resolution. Each of your states elected officials from your congressional district will receive a direct meeting from the ACLA of opposition or support. To request this lobbying service, contact the ACLA at   (877) 751-2941   or by E-mail at acla.office@americancla.org. When you do, please identify the bill you want represented along with your complete name, address and telephone number. The ACLA will contact you by phone or E-mail to confirm your Direct Meeting Lobbying Campaign Package request and to verify the pending congressional bill or resolution you want to support or oppose. Within the agreed upon schedule, the ACLA will contact your states elected officials from your congressional district in either the U.S. House of Representatives and/or U.S. Senate on your behalf to schedule a direct meeting in their office in Washington, D.C. to voice your support or opposition on your chosen bill that is pending before the 112th U.S. Congress. Upon the conclusion of each direct meeting, the ACLA will ask your elected official(s) to respond to you in writing to clarify their position on the pending bill or resolution that you hired the ACLA to lobby and represent you on.

Direct Meeting Lobbying Campaign fee of $675.00 does not include transportation to Washington, D.C., lodging, meals and direct lobbying presentation materials. These will be negotiated and added to your account total before the ACLA proceeds to schedule direct lobbying meetings with your states elected officials from your congressional district in the 112th U.S. Congress.
